Delivery Policy

Shipping and Delivery Processes:

The product delivery takes 6 to 8 business days after payment approval from the process to shipment. We ship your package by Emailing your product shipping and tracking details. If any postponement with the timing schedule and estimated time period crossed out, you can contact via Whatsapp/Live Chat or Email for product inquiries with instant response. (Delays can be due to public holidays or natural/human-made disasters, if any).

We offer FREE SHIPPING OVER $90, but in urgent orders, our policies are followed when Expedite Shipping costs $29; it takes 3 to 4 business days to process and further 1 to 2 business days in delivery of the product.

Shipping Access:

We have teamed up with our trusted and reliable services of   DHL Express and FedEx Express. We facilitate you by sending an email about your tracking and shipping details as we dispatch the product. In the particular case, if you cannot collect your package because of unavailability at that time, you can assign your neighbor for the reception of a delivery box on your behalf or leave of absence note on the exit to pointing towards their door. So they can sign and receive the product for you.

Applicable Notes For Sure:

We only depend on you to give us your exact shipping address with the correct contact number and relevant personal details to make proper delivery. We don’t send to PO Boxes APO/FPO addresses. For this specific reason, you must provide us your complete residential address for shipping. If you want to change your shipping destination, you can directly contact   DHL Express and FedEx Express for any such amendments.

Received Notifications By

When you place an order on, you will get a notification about your order confirmation and a complete copy of a receipt for the purchased item. If you didn’t receive a message, it means that your purchase is failed due to some technical issues. There will be no shipment until and unless you receive the confirmation we sent to you via email.

How you can Claim For Late Delivery and Damage Item:

We care about you as our valued customer, and in case the product fails to receive, and you are unable to track your dispatch in the given time. We will replace the credit in your credit card or PayPal account or provide you with a replacement.
If you found any item with damage or something issue, you are advised to contact us through our Email, Whatsapp/Live Chat within 07 business days after the conveyance is made concerning the issue. You can also have 30 days return policy to claim your refund.

Estimated Delivery Time:

A notice will be received via email about the product shipping and tracking ID, and it will take atleast 02 to 05 business days to be delivered at your destination after shipping. If it is in Expedited shipping, it will take 1 to 2 business days to be delivered to your address after shipping.
